Baroida Estate AX Natural
Nicol Colbran, the son of the estate founder and manager of the estate, believes the high quality of this coffee, in part, is due to ‘old fashioned’ systems that have been in place since the late 60s. Meticulous separation for quality control helps maintain the high quality of the estate’s coffee. The cherry is laid on raised beds to dry. A juicy sweet coffee, full bodied syrup-like mouthfeel, red wine, cherries, and a sweet lime acidity.
