Delivery & Pick Up

DELIVERY: We offer free delivery for all orders above HK$1500. A standard delivery fee of HK $250 applies for order values below HK$1500. The standard delivery window is 7am to 7pm, an additional fee might be charged if other times are required. Delivery service is not available to Lok Ma Chau, Lantau Island or to other outlying islands. For delivery to remote areas, please contact us for enquiries and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements.

Cancellations and postponements

Cancellations and postponements must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery and will be entitled to a full refund or a credit. A full refund will be provided if we are unable to complete the delivery of your order due to typhoon signal 8 being hoisted. In any case of dispute, the decision of FINEPRINT management shall be final.
