Standard Delivery Schedule

We currently ship only within Hong Kong!

1 – 3 working day delivery (SF Express) 

• Complimentary delivery for orders over HKD $300.
• $30 fee for orders below HKD $300.
• Orders received by 3pm will be packed and picked up by courier the same day. 

Delivery schedule 

• Monday to Friday.
• Orders received after Friday 3pm and over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
• Orders received on a public holiday will be processed the following working day. 

Delivery Particulars

A tracking link for your order will be sent with the fulfilment email.

Weather Advisory

If the T8 signal or above is hoisted, deliveries will be delayed if the Black Rain signal is in effect.

If, for any instance, Fineprint is closed, deliveries will resume as usual on the next working business day.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer shipping outside of Hong Kong. However, if you really are interested in getting your hands on some Fineprint beans, drop us a hello@fineprint.hk and we'll see what we can do.

Please note all purchases delivered internationally may be subject to different import and customs taxes and brokerage fees. These charges are not the responsibility of Fineprint and must be paid by you, the receiver, upon arrival at your country's port of entry. These charges will be in addition to any shipping costs you have already paid. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

In general, orders will be fulfilled within one business day after the order has been placed. Most orders will take anywhere between 6-8 business days to arrive. If you have any questions or concerns about arrival, please reach out to hello@fineprint.hk before placing an order.
