This lot is sourced from 50 smallholders in Pitalito, a renowned coffee-growing region in southern Huila. At 1,400 to 1,900 meters above sea level, Pitalito’s gentle, rolling hills make farming easier than the steep cliffs common in other regions. Most farms sit on a plateau overlooking the stunning Valley of Laboyos, creating perfect growing conditions.

The sugarcane decaffeination process, also known as the natural EA process, is key to this coffee’s appeal. By preserving most of the coffee’s original flavours, while introducing subtle fruity notes and added complexity, this method transforms decaf into something truly special.
