    Are disposable cups, cutlery and napkins included in my order?

    To reduce waste, we don’t include disposable cups, cutlery or napkins by default. If you need them, please let us know when you place your order, and we’ll add them in.

    How do you approach dietary requirements?

    We have vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options available on our menu. Not sure what’s suitable? Contact us at online@fineprint.hk, and we’ll help you choose.

    If you have any specific allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know when you place your order.

    Do you cater any large-scale events?

    Absolutely, we cater events of all sizes. Email us at online@fineprint.hk, and we’ll provide you with a custom quote.

    Do you deliver all over Hong Kong?

    We deliver to most of Hong Kong. However, please note that special delivery services are required for Lok Ma Chau, Sai Kung, Lantau Island and other outlying islands, and an additional charge will apply. Please contact us at online@fineprint.hk for a quote.

    Can I pick up my catering order from any of your stores?

    You can only pick up catering from our Wan Chai cafe, as that’s where the majority of our orders are made. If that’s not convenient, you can always opt to have your catering delivered.

    Can I host my event at FINEPRINT?

    We occasionally open our cafes for events in the evenings. Please email online@fineprint.hk with the details of your desired location, event size, date and time, and we’ll provide a quote.

    What if there’s a T8+ or Black Rain signal on the day of my order?

    In the event of a T8 or above, FINEPRINT catering orders can either be rescheduled or cancelled. Please note that we still operate during Black Rain.

    Can I get a catering quote and/or a receipt?
