Systems & Maintenance Manager – FINEPRINT

Systems & Maintenance Manager

Location: Hong Kong
Position: Full time

At FINEPRINT, we’re all about great coffee, delicious sourdough and creating spaces that feel like home. With eleven cafes and counting, we’re a leading Hong Kong F&B brand on an exciting path of expansion.

We’re seeking a passionate and hands-on Systems and Maintenance Manager to support our operations. This role is responsible for overseeing all maintenance across the FINEPRINT stores and production facility. This is a hands-on management role that combines physical maintenance tasks, project oversight, and contract coordination.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and deliver preventive maintenance schedules in accordance with the company and compliance standards and ensure schedules are being followed.
  • Manage both reactive (on call service) and scheduled maintenance tasks independently, while actively using our tracking system for repair and general maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate external contractors and tradespeople and follow up on work quality and timelines.
  • Assisting with shop fit-outs, refurbishments and store upgrades.
  • Personally carry out general repairs and upkeep, equipment testing and research.
  • Provide backup support for spare parts operations, including stock organisation and supply chain coordination.
  • Accurate and timely completion of service administration tasks; record work performed during repairs, including time spent, the diagnosis and parts used. Communicate findings, escalate issues and make suggestions for improvements.
  • Prepare and update manuals and SOPs.
  • Collaborate closely with all departments to minimise disruption to guests and deliver outstanding customer service.

We are looking for a person who has:

  • Enjoys solving technical issues and fault finding.
  • Willingness to get hands dirty rather than just supervising.
  • A strong capability in leading and managing planned & scheduled maintenance work, contractors and trades, ensuring work quality, timelines, and effective follow-up.
  • 7-8 years experience in a similar role, ideally within hospitality.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to manage competing priorities and able to switch between tasks.
  • A good command of English is a must, fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.

What we offer:

  • A competitive salary.
  • The chance to take ownership in a key leadership role.
  • Amazing staff discounts.
  • A creative, agile environment that embraces growth and positive change.
