As a FINEPRINT Store Manager, you are a front-line leader who sets the tone for your cafe, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional specialty coffee, sourdough, and guest experiences day in and day out. You will take full ownership of your store’s daily operations, fostering a strong sense of community, cultivating team growth, and ensuring our high standards of quality and service are met consistently. We are looking for an experienced F&B professional who leads by example, cares deeply about people and hospitality, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily cafe operations, setting the standard on the floor to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, and mentor your cafe team, actively developing their skills to prepare them for their next step and growth within FINEPRINT. 
• Recognising operational gaps and coaching staff to uphold brand standards.
• Prepare balanced weekly staff rosters aligned with operational needs actively managing labour costs. 
• Oversee inventory management and wastage management. 
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues gracefully, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression of FINEPRINT.

What we’re looking for: 

• 3+ years of experience in high volume cafes or fast paced restaurants.
• Leadership experience in a specialty coffee environment leading a team of 10+ people is a huge plus.
• You care deeply about hospitality, people, and the story behind the product.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and coaching skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, both within and outside the store.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Effective communication skills and you’re not afraid to ask questions. 

All our FINEPRINT cafes are open from 6am - 6pm; you must be able to start at 5am some days. Our Airport cafe closes at 11pm, and you must be able to work 'till midnight some days.
