Junior Software & Integration Manager

As Junior Software & Integration Manager, you will manage our software ecosystem and act as the main point of contact for the technology and delivery partners we work with. You will be fully responsible for rolling out new software, ensuring different systems communicate seamlessly, and troubleshooting operational tech issues across our POS, delivery aggregators, and digital stack. This is a hands-on role that sits right between operations, tech vendors, and store teams, requiring someone who is equally comfortable talking technical details with a vendor as they are in practical conversations with the store teams about how a tool works day-to-day. 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party software vendors and platform account managers (POS, delivery aggregators, ordering & payment systems, loyalty/CRM tools, etc.).
• Lead the rollout of new software and digital platforms across FINEPRINT locations, from initial setup through to go-live and adoption.
• Manage and problem solve integrations across different platforms to ensure data flows correctly between our POS, delivery channels and inventory reporting tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the digital stack, resolving day-to-day issues quickly, escalating to external vendors when necessary and following through until issues are closed out.
• Keep menu, pricing, and store information accurate and consistent across all connected platforms.
• Evaluate new tools and platforms as the business grows, providing proactive recommendations based on operational fit, cost, and integration complexity.
• Document processes and systems clearly so knowledge is shared and accessible across the team.

What we’re looking for: 

• Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new software quickly, understand how systems integrate, and diagnose where an operational tool is broken (technical background or experience is a plus, but this is not a developer role).
• Strong interpersonal skills as you'll be managing relationships with multiple external vendors, and need to be a clear, confident communicator internally too.
• Excellent English, written and spoken as you'll be corresponding with international vendors and partners regularly.
• Prior experience managing software vendors, aggregator platforms, or digital tools in a retail, F&B, or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple vendor relationships and projects at once.
• Comfortable working independently and owning problems end-to-end.
