Barista

Position: Full time and part time

At FINEPRINT, we’re all about great coffee, fresh sourdough, and honest hospitality. With 11 cafes and counting, we’re a leading Hong Kong F&B brand on an exciting path of expansion – and we need driven, hands-on people to grow with us.

We are seeing ambitious and well-experienced F&B professionals to join our cafes on Hong Kong island and at HKIA – people who are excited to deliver great specialty coffee, sourdough and customer experiences, day-in day-out. 

Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities:

• Learn the FINEPRINT systems.
• Create high quality espresso-based beverages and learn our barista skills & techniques.
• Preparing all beverages and food served on the FINEPRINT menu.
• Provide excellent customer service, get to know our customers and their names.
• Working as an allrounder, from making coffees, taking orders, preparing food and cleaning the store.
• Order supplies from suppliers and central kitchen.
• Clear tables, wash dishes, and other cleaning tasks.

You must have:

• A passion for coffee, food, and customer service. 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our Hong Kong Island locations operate 6am–6pm (requires some 5am starts), while our HKIA location runs 6am–11pm (requires some shifts up to midnight).
