Barista (Hong Kong Island Stores) – FINEPRINT

Location: Hong Kong Island
Position: Full time
Salary: $17,000 – $18,000 per month

We are seeing ambitious and well-experienced F&B professionals to join our cafes on Hong Kong island, who are excited to deliver great specialty coffee, sourdough and customer experiences, day-in day-out. 

Full-time and part-time opportunities available (you need to be available after the summer holidays).

Responsibilities:

• Learn the FINEPRINT systems
• Create high quality espresso-based beverages and learn our barista skills & techniques
• Preparing all beverages and food served on the FINEPRINT menu
• Provide excellent customer service, get to know our customers and their names
• Working as an allrounder, from making coffees, taking orders, preparing food and cleaning the store
• Order supplies from suppliers and central kitchen
• Clear tables, wash dishes, and other cleaning tasks

You must have:

• A passion for coffee, food, and customer service 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• The availability to start at 5am / close at midnight some days of the week
