Tracon Coffee has been experimenting with new processing methods to stand out among a growing number of speciality washing stations in Ethiopia. This ‘Anaerobic Natural’ processed coffee is a delicious example of their work. Resulting in a clean full-bodied coffee with notes of orange chocolate and raisins.
