The Menglian Tinayu Farmers Cooperative is led by YePing, a dedicated woman from Manmano Village. YePing’s dedication led the cooperative to start producing Anaerobic Natural lots like this one. We’re sure glad they did! This coffee has a syrupy and winey mouthfeel with notes of stone fruit and berries.
